If you have had an iPhone or iPad for a long time, you will know how to take screenshots, but if this is not the case and you have just bought or received one of these devices and you need to take a screenshot of the screen you are on, you must press the only two buttons that both the iPhone and the iPad have at the same time.
Automatically that screenshot is saved in the Camera Roll of the Photos application of your devices.
Well, up to here everything was simple, but now from iPhoneA2 we want to show you how to make that same gesture but with only one hand.
How to Take a One-Handed Screenshot on iPhone or iPad
First of all, open Settings, you know the gray icon in the shape of a gear wheel.
Then click General.
Swipe until you find Accessibility.
On the next screen, swipe down again and in the Interaction section, click AssistiveTouch.
Like any function, it must be activated, so touch the white lever until you see it in green.
You will see a dot appear on the screen of your devices. One of its functions is to turn off your device and thus not have to use the Home button so many times, which almost always ends up breaking down.
But that is not what we are going to, so keep pressing that little dot until a menu appears.
Within the menu, click on Device.
Another menu opens very similar to the previous one, but with different options.
Go to the screen from which you want to get the screenshot.
Now you must click on Screenshot and you will hear (if you have it configured that way) the sound of the camera shutter when taking a photo.
You already have your capture done. Go to the Photos app and there you can see it.
Once you have AssistiveTouch activated, you no longer have to carry out this whole process from the beginning, the button that we have talked about before stays on the screen of your devices and the only part that you will have to do to take the screenshots is from that open the different menus, that you can do it with one hand.
How do you take your screenshots? Do you usually have the AssistiveTouch function activated?
